    Elite Support Holds Third Annual CIC Summit

    The January event held in San Diego focused on providing nearly 140 Continuous Improvement Coordinators (CICs) with training and support to help them develop their game changing roles within their dealerships. The breakout sessions focused on three main areas: Express Assessment, Change Management and Culture. These topics are critical to successful implementation of the Elite Support continuous improvement culture to provide long-term value to customers.

    Elite Support Booth Attracts Attendees at Mats

    A steady stream of attendees stopped by the Elite Support booth at the Mid-America Tricking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Ky. last week, to check out the higher standard that Elite Support Certified dealers provide. Visitors were able to take a virtual, 360-degree tour around an Elite Support Certified dealer and hear directly from customers in the booth’s interactive bays, as well as receive a custom name badge. The name badge, which was embroidered on site, was a real hit with attendees as more than 3,000 signed up for the premium giveaway. With more than 70,000 attendees and 1,000-plus exhibitors, MATS is the largest heavy-duty trucking industry event in the world.
